With 1760 square feet, the three-level floor plan is ideal for family gatherings as well as privacy. The first floor has two bedrooms (one queen and two twin beds), full bath, and private patio. The second floor has a newly remodeled and fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath, and laundry center. The third floor master suite has a king-size bed, full bath, sitting area, and private balcony. Sitting on the balcony you will know why we are called 'Tree Tops Condominium!' There is ample closet space for all your gear. This is a No Smoking unit.

Majestic oak trees, nostalgic village area with updated park, pool and pier, beach, fishing, biking, golf, day trips to Fort Frederica, Jekyll Island, Little St. Simons Island, St. Marys, Savannah and Georgia's Natural Wonder: Okefenokee Swamp.

Island Dining: The King and Prince Hotel is a ten minute beach walk from our beach access. One of our favorite things to do is walk to the hotel, have a drink or dinner and walk home. There are also several other restaurants at the corner of Arnold and Ocean and the walk is enjoyable. Other restaurants that we enjoy are The Mallery Cafe, Southern Soul, Barbara Jeans, Gnats Landing and The Coastal Kitchen. There are so many more great places to eat, so come and try them out for yourself.
