Newly updated ranch home set in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to park, golf and beaches. New windows in 2010! Our home features an eat-in kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and a finished walkout basement. This home has ACs & ceiling fans. The Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and new refrigerator and stove. The kitchen has a slider to the deck with table and six chairs. The back yard has a gas grill, picnic table, fire pit with 10 Adirondack chairs and a hammock for lazy days. We also have a newly installed outdoor shower. The Large living room has flat screen cable TV,with DVD player. The large master bedroom has a king bed, TV and private bathroom with shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & flat screen TV. The 3rd BR has bunk beds with a trundle that sleeps 3 .The finished basement has a living room with TV, stereo, game system and a newly finished bedroom with 2 new double & 2 twin beds, tv, ping pong and washer/dry.

Other:: Garage has bikes, golf clubs fishing poles, tennis racquets, beach chairs/umbrella/tote and toys all for your use. Take a short drive to either the bay or ocean side beaches. Walk to a beautiful park with playground, running trail, picnic area, snack bar and bathrooms. 1/4 mile to Bayberry Hills golf course. Close proximity to beaches, restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, banks, video, bowling, batting cages, mini golf, driving range, church, tennis courts, and Cape Cod baseball league. All bedrooms, living room and basement have air conditioning.

Perfect getaway!

Great location, central to just about everything. There was plenty of space for us, with a room to spare! (7 adults plus 2 kids). Washer/dryer worth it's weight in gold! We cooked most meals at home to save $$, and used the firepit every night. We all enjoyed the outdoor shower. Linens are provided, but next time we will bring our own, as it is virtually impossible to launder and put away all bed linens by check- out. (unless you wake up at 5). House was fully stocked with everything you need and more! Thank you for providing such a comfortable, wonderful home for a perfect vacation!

Fantastic Cape Cod Rental!

We would like to sincerely thank the owners of this rental for such a great home for us to enjoy during our Cape Cod vacation! There were eight in our group ranging from age 3 to 71. This lovely home is a spacious and updated ranch with all the amenities one could ever need. There was plenty of room and we were pleasantly surprised how large the living room area is. The house is very clean and completely stocked. Even the garage was filled with games, bikes, boogie boards.. you name it. We traveled to a different part of the Cape each day so it was very convenient to have the house so close to Route 6. Also, the owner Becki was a pleasure to work with and our deposit was automatically returned within one week of our departure. Thank you again for helping to make our week such a memorable experience!! We will definitely rent this house again!

Plenty of space!

We absolutely loved staying at this house! There was plenty of sleeping space for our family of 10. We never felt crowded at all. It's a great area of West Yarmouth, close to alot of stores and beaches. The outdoor space is nice, great deck and grill for BBQ's. We also enjoyed the fire pit when we made s'mores. The ramp was extremely helpful for my dad who is in a wheelchair and has a hard time getting up any steps so this worked out perfectly for him!!! Our favorite part though is the outdoor shower! So convenient and refreshing! Becki was very helpful and easy to get ahold of when we had questions. Great communication! We cannot wait until next summer to go back to the Cape and look foward to renting this house for years to come! Thank you!

perfect family getaway

This house was everything that the owner said it would be! I took my mom and family members there for my moms birthday and the house accomadated all of us. The property is close to a park but you will need a car to go to route 28. We enjoyed the go carts, mini golf, and arcade. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect getaway. And I will definetly rent the house again.
