This deluxe 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is unsurpassed in beauty and breathtaking panoramic vistas, all at affordable rates. The first thing you will want to do when you arrive is fling open the drapes – beginning in the front master bedroom and continuing to the gulf master bedroom. Step outside on the private 120-foot wrap-around private balcony and take in the soothing sights and sounds of Panama City Beach, where you’ll delight in the temperate breezes and amazing sunsets. Very few Panama City Beach condos include wrap-around balconies, and this is one of the best!

Magnificent Views: From inside this professionally decorated condo, where fine art graces the walls, you’ll delight in wonderful vistas from of the floor-to-celing windows and glass doors. The gulf master bedroom with a king-sized bed opens up to views of the crystalline blue-green waters of the gulf as it meets the sugar-white sands of the beach. Penthouse 2209 was AWESOME but property needs to relax...............

We arrived Saturday evening about 4:30 the property was very nice and clean. Our condo was very nicely decorated. Was very surprised to see they had laundry detergent and every kitchen utensils we needed in the unit. Ran out of tissue paper but not enough to really be mad about. It was plenty of room for the whole family. I do have one complaint. When I booked the unit Mike told me that the unit came with two parking passes, so our third car would have to be parked in the public parking area which I had no problem. We did receive two passes but after the first night a note was left on one of our cars stating that we would have to move it or be towed. Was told by the property management that only one car could be parked in the garage during holidays. I really dont think that is fair if you pay your money and wasnt told that before booking. The bad part about it all was that it wasnt full the last two nights, which was Saturday and Sunday. Over all the unit itself was excellent but I think the property should revisit the paking rules. I paid 903.00 and could only park one car :( . I will be returning to Panama before summer is out and I'm not sure about staying at this property on my next trip but will use VRBO for my reservation. To the owner: your unit was very nice I think the property management can hurt your business a little, with all the extras they send customers through. Thanks Gloria

Many of them have told us that with its spectacular paoramic view the penthouse is one of the best values on the beach. Condo as described. However, the unit could use a good cleaning.

GREAT CONDO!

My family has stayed twice and we love this condo. It's got a beautiful view, wonderful balcony, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The owner is super nice, and the manager is local and available, and just great to work with. We'll be back as soon as possible!

We spent the last week of May in this beautiful condo. It was furnished nicely and everything was as good if not better than stated in listing. The view is amazing and all the furnishings are comfy. We are looking to return soon!
