FREE GOURMET COFFEE!! Deluxe end-unit townhome is large, airy and can't be beat for location. This large 3-story home has a 2nd floor living / great room overlooking the lake, crabbing pier, pool & Assawoman Bay. The view is so relaxing we positioned the sofa so you can relax and look at the water...just check our photos! Each bedroom is a suite with its own full bath making this relaxing home great for multiple families and generations. Situated conveniently, bayside, in the Route 54 Lighthouse Rd. West Fenwick Island area so its an easy hop to the beach and Ocean City...quiet but convenient! The house is next door to the beautiful pool and fitness center which are included in your rental. The community is so much fun you almost don't need to leave so be sure to enjoy tennis, beach volleyball, biking, walking, basketball, shuffleboard, & horseshoes...it's all free and included in the cost of your renta

Amenities: All rentals include, at no additional fee, use of all amenities in the community - pool, fitness center, playground, tennis & basketball courts, beach volleyball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, walking trail, etc.

Convenient Location: The Bayville Shores community is conveniently located at the Ocean City/Delaware line off Route 54, 2 miles from the Coastal Hwy. (Rte. 1) & Route 54/Lighthouse Rd. intersection. Its close enough to the Ocean City hubbub to be convenient but in a quieter, family oriented community 2 miles from the ocean. We suggest the Fenwick Island State Park on Coastal Hwy. for beach-goers since it's our favorite spot and has a bathhouse and snack bar. The park has a nominal fee per car that can't be beat since you can park right at the sand...no parking meters or tickets either! We are just south of Rehoboth, Dewey Beach, & Bethany Beach in the West Fenwick Island area of Bayville.

Owned and operated by a Delaware couple who have been enjoying the local beaches for decades. We have long had family living in the area and love the beauty of the beach area.

We began searching early in 2001 for just the right spot to purchase our first rental property in Delaware. Many hours were spent finding just the right location and community and we think the effort paid off!

What makes this townhome unique

This unique community has so much to offer vacationers in amenities and location. It is a short drive to the beach and yet has many amenities other resort communities in the area do not offer. We love this community and all it has to offer our renters. Most of our renters come back year after year.

AMAZING!!!!

This was our second time visiting Rhonda place....... Had an amazing and relaxing time with my family!! First let me say how "CLEAN" and I mean CLEAN!! this condo is!Im extremely OCD about cleaning!!! Its CLEAN!!!
Its super close to the beach... (yes a five minute drive) But worth it!! also a Half hour from BEAUTIFUL Assateague Island!! It minutes from Ocean City ......
My girls and Husband absolutely loved the fishing dock right out the back door!!
I enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer!!! It saves on packing a week worth of clothes!!!
Just want to say Thank you to Rhonda and her Husband for allowing us to visit her beautiful Home!!!!
I was lucky enough to get and met Rhonda in person ........ Such a Great lady!!!

We (myself, my fiance and another couple) really enjoyed our stay at your home in Bayville. It was very relaxing, clean and well maintained. It was beautifully decorated with a carribean theme. The Florida room was amazing as well as the balcony off of the master bedroom and the patio off of a second bedroom. The home was very spacious with many of the comforts of home, cable, dishes, pots and pans, everything you needed to eat and drink with. During my stay it was too cool and windy to use the pool but it was in such close proximity that it was like having a pool in your backyard. It was minutes from Ocean City and the boardwalk. The customer service was excellent. The owners reponded to any communication in a very timely manner. I would love to stay there again and would highly recommend this home to my family and friends.

the house was amazing as soon as we walked in we felt immediately comfortable and right at home...extremely clean and well decorated plenty of room for our 6 adults and 2 small children. Tons of perks like the pool,playground,fitness area and they were soooo close like a 30 second walk from our door, also the bay was right outside the door where we could fish and feed the ducks, we have no complaints,and i"m sure you wont be either. the pilarski's :)

Beautiful home with all the amenities and more! I loved the Florida room with water view. The pictures do not do justice - the house is much more open and spacious than what is pictured. The kids loved the pool and playground. Everything (beach, shopping, restaurants) were super convenient.

Thank you for a wonderful vacation! I hope to be back soon.

Relaxing and Beautiful!

My family absolutely loved staying in this home! There is so much natural light during the day; you don’t even have to turn on a light. Gorgeous view from the sunroom; it’s the perfect spot to cozy up with a cup of coffee or tea and favorite book. The home is very spacious. The kitchen is great and equipped with all the pots, pans and utensils you need. The other great thing is, if you forgot anything – there is a Food Lion right down the street. This is a great location to get away from the hustle and bustle of Ocean City, but close enough to still get to your favorite places to eat. The beach is a quick drive away with parking available. The home is super clean and looks brand new! My son loved it so much that he asked if we could buy one just like it. :) The owner is wonderful to communicate with as well. This was a fantastic vacation and you really do feel like it’s a home away from home.
