ANDY SIMPSON BIO
Mr.Simpson is a life time resident of Brigantine.
Mr. Simpson began his career in 1978 as a small business owner.
He owned and operated a Jitney Service in Atlantic City.
He bought his first gas station in Galloway Township in the early 1980's. He has built, owned, operated and sold several businesses on the Island of Brigantine.
He began his building career in 1984. The very first house he constructed was on Quimet Road in the Golf Course area of Brigantine.
By 1988 he purchased the Jolly Roger Marina.
In 1989 he constructed Boardwalk on the Bay, a 24 unit condominium complex.
From 1989 until 1999 he built and sold over 40 single family homes and duplexes on the Island.
From 1999 - 2005 he financed, developed several large single family home developments: “South Beach” - which sold for $550,000-$850,000.

“North Beach” - 3 Ocean front homes which sold for $900,000 - $1000,000, and “Royal Beach” - 5 luxury homes that sold for $2000,000 - $2,600,000 at the North end of the island.
