OUR SUMMER 2010 AVAILABILITY IS AUGUST 21-31 ONLY. OUR NEXT WINTER AVAILABILITY IS JANUARY 6-12 A garden in the city! Our beautiful 10th floor apartment is a unique oasis of calm in the heart of downtown Manhattan. 1000 square feet (90 square meters) with an 800 square foot outdoor terrace with grape arbor and barbecue grill, our place offers the opportunity to have a real New York experience by day but a quiet retreat by night. We are located downtown in what Timeout New York has called Manhattan's hottest new neighborhood. From our place you can walk across the Brooklyn Bridge, jump on the Statue of Liberty Ferry, explore the winding streets of Old New York, pop over to the South Street Seaport, rent a bike and ride up Hudson River Park. And if you want to just stay in and relax, we provide free WiFi, full cable television including HBO and HBO on demand, central air conditioning and heat and a large modern kitchen. PLEASE CHECK AVAILABILITY BEFORE INQUIRING.

Our apartment is located just a short walk to the Brooklyn Bridge, Statue of Liberty Ferry, Hudson River Park, South Street Seaport, Chinatown, Little Italy and Tribeca. In addition were are very close to nearly every major subway line making travel throughout the City fast and easy.
