This newly constructed 2 level apartment is attached to the main house but has separate entry and has everything you need to feel at home. It features a king-size master bedroom with private bath, full kitchen, full bath, living room and laundry closet all on the 1st floor. The 2nd level has a queen-size bedroom and large bonus room that can be used as a play room or pull out the futon for additional bedding. Enjoy the view of Somes Sound and the mountains of Acadia National Park from the over sized wraparound deck. Situated in the heart of historic Somesville, this property is only 10 minutes from Bar Harbor, SWH and NEH and only 1 mile from Acadia National Park.

Located in the heart of Somesville with ocean and mountain views across the street. The town landing is a short walk up Main St. where you can put your boat or kayak in or simply enjoy the tidal changes. Somes Pond is just 0.5 miles up the street and Long Pond 2.0 miles away. The village library is across the street with computer and high-speed internet access. Other area amenities include the Acadia Repertory Theatre, the free island shuttle bus stop and a convenience store all less than 1/2 mile away.
