This is a perfect house at the beach for one or two families. The house is in a gated community and is a nice 4-5 minute walk to the beach. You can relax and not worry, this home is family friendly. There is a designated private beach for all the homes in Emerald Shores and with the house the are 2 beach chairs and an umbrella while you are there. Destin is a great place to vacation and we have been coming here for 25 years and really love our house. This is the perfect place to bring a family with all ages to enjoy a week at the beach. There is a master bedroom on the first floor, three bedrooms on the second floor with a fantastic balcony for getting away from everyone or just having your coffee and the paper in the early morning. There is a fifth bedroom on the third floor with its own balcony too with a great view and total relaxation.
