The east cottage - this 2 bedrooms and 2 bath cottage rests in a very private, bucolic farm setting on a 300+ acre estate. With a close proximity to New York City, historical Princeton, Lambertville and the Delaware River valley. It offers a peaceful retreat, while a full touring venue waits. On site are an indoor pool, spa and a full aerobic and weight training facility.

The east cottage has a gourmet kitchen, beautiful interior design, many fine pieces of art. There is also a stunningly beautiful pond that brings nature literally lapping up to your rear sun deck.

Hopewell is a laid back town that seems to be a few decades behind, located in a still rural farming area; it has several good restaurants, antique shops and a bit of history of its own, think Charles Limburg.

The East Cottage rests in a very private bucolic farm setting on a 300+acre estate. Upper level has one queen bed with private bath with shower. The first floor has one queen bed with full bathroom. The first floor also has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, beautiful interior design with stone fireplace. The covered wrap around porch provides a perfect setting for taking informal meals outside.

Hopewell is a laid back town that seems to be a few decades behind, located in a still rural farming area; it has several good restaurants, antique shops and a bit of history of its own this the home town of John Hart the signer of the declaration and Charles Limburg the first man to fly non-stop the trans Atlantic. With a close proximity to New York City, historical Princeton, Lambertville and the Delaware River valley it offers a peaceful retreat while a gull touring venue awaits.

On site is an indoor pool, spa, and a full aerobic and weight training facility. Also available are a personnel trainer, and massage therapy. The property is fully managed with grocery and laundry services available.

Beautiful setting, rustic furnishings, an exceptional kitchen and an onsite pool, hot tub and fitness loft that are housed in a barn that no description would do justice to.Shared property with horses, sheep and an occasional frog or to. This property forces you to unwind.

Porter, the manager of the property itself is one of its biggest assets. Welcoming, available, accommodating and a wealth of information, Porter insured that our visit far exceeded our expectations!
