The master bedroom suite includes the world renowned Tempur Pedic Swedish Contouring Foam mattress, a full bath with Indian slate floors and custom tiling and oversize bathtub/shower and it’s own forced air heater. Double French doors open out onto the private 75 square foot redwood deck with table and chairs and view of South SF hills.
Also on this main level are the 2 small kids rooms and a modern half bath with glass sink and counter.
Downstairs lead to a central play room for the kids and the additional 2 bedrooms. The front bedroom has its own separate entrance, a full size pull out sofa , 32” LCD TV and DVD player, plus a small couch. It has its own private bathroom across the hall with waterfall shower head and custom walk-in shower with Italian tile flooring and its own forced air heater.

Our location in Potrero Hill is considered the sunniest area of the City (rarely fog in the summer like most of SF) and has the easiest no-meter street parking.
Located within 4 blocks are 3 well respected coffee shops (better than any Starbucks), a great neighborhood health food store, liquor store, & convenience store, plus many great (non-chain) restaurants with food ranging from French (2 places), Thai, Sushi, Italian, Gourmet Chinese, pizza, burgers, 2 casual lunch/dinner places ,as well as a Tiki themed bar, and a saloon.
Our convenient location between both freeways (101 & 280) makes getting around SF very convenient. 2 major bus lines are within 2 blocks of our house (#22 AND #48), and the new 3rd street T-rail line is just 5 blocks down the hill.
We’re only 5 min. to the Embarcadero, SOMA, & Mission Bay & just 10 minutes from Downtown, Chinatown
