  • Deposits - $200 deposit required at time of booking daily/weekly reservations, applied toward rent at check-in. $250 security deposit required for monthly reservations and held for 14 days after departure in case of remaining balance or unit charge.
  • Cancellations & Refunds - Reservations cancelled prior to 14 days of arrival will be charged $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations providing less than 14 days notice prior to arrival forfeit entire deposit. No refund due to late arrival, early departure or weather. Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day - 3 day minimum required. MasterCard, Visa and Discover accepted. No checks. Check-in/Check-out - Check-in 4 p.m. / Check-out 11:00 a.m. promptly.
