Glorified Motel

We stayed there for 2 nights. Upon arrival we were told that there was a problem with the heat and that electric heaters had been placed in the unit. The "cottage" was really a 2 bedroom motel room suite, with a kitchenette and small living room area. There was a nice bathroom, but the water in the shower was barely warm enough. The faucets on the sink were reversed so that the hot water came out of the cold faucet and vice-versa. The unit never really warmed up enough and one of the electric heaters was removed by the housekeeping staff on the second day, so we managed with the one that was left. We were pleased that the unit was clean and relatively new, so it was in good condition.

The location is convenient to the White Mountain area and I believe it is a good place for families who are sightseeing in the area to stay at economically.
