Herons landing is superbly located on the beautiful Terra Verde Resort, only minutes from Disney, Old Town, great restaurants and shops. The house is in a secluded spot, backing onto conservation woodland, yet only a 2 minute stroll around the resort fishing lake, to the clubhouse complex and communal pool. The clubhouse offers something for everyone. Apart from the child-friendly, heated pool, there is a tiki-bar, kids playground, basketball and volleyball courts, games room, gym, sauna, wi-fi lounge and putting green. The house has a south facing private courtyard, which is not overlooked and is perfect for sun-bathing, with a brand new hot-tub/spa to cool off. There is ample parking at the front. Inside, the house is fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in the 3 main rooms for extra comfort. Towels and bed linen is provided and you won't need to bring anything with you but clothes and swimming gear!
