Two Beds, One Bath, Sleeps Six. King, two singles, and very nice pullout couch.

This charming two bedroom home sits high on a hill just off one of the most beautiful beaches in Saint Augustine. Surrounded by conservation area, your privacy is guaranteed. Glass sliders providing plenty of light lead to a large wrap around deck looking out to the water for amazing ocean views.

Open floor plan with kitchen, dining room, and living room allow easy gathering of friends and family. Large California King bed, two singles, and an extremely comfortable new pull out couch allows for sleeping of up to six people. Stack-able large washer and dryer for all the amenities of home.

May through October rates are $169/night or $1000/week plus $75 cleaning fee.

November through April rates are $149/night or $800/week plus $75 cleaning fee.

Well trained pets are welcome.

Home is located on Pelican Way in St. Augustine.

This home is adorable and has all the convience of a wonderful beach getaway. Toys and beach chairs are provided during your stay. The home is spotless and you can hear the waves crash on the sand from the balcony. The management company is right around the corner adding to the ease of renting. We will be back. Loved it.

Perfect Location!

Loved this home! Located 10 minutes south of St. Augustine, this rental was very quiet and the beach was awesome (located 2 short blocks away). We were looking for something away from the crowds, and this fit our needs perfectly. The home is meticulously clean with everything you would need and the owner was most gracious!

A dog friendly clean home close to the beach

My husband, son,and our 2 furry friends rented Ms. Coe's home the day after Christmas for a week. We found the house to be the perfect size and immaculately clean. We had asked and paid for internet service and she had set up and ready to go for us. We enjoyed using the fire place and walking to the beach to collect shells. The home is a short distance to St. Augustine-an easy drive. While I wish the weather was warmer during our stay, when we want to come to St. Augustine this will be the first home that we check for vacancy.

Great location. House is on pilings that raise your view of ocean. Super clean with nice sized kitchen. Well worth the money, will be renting again.
