Spectacular views of Charlotte Harbor, Intracoastal waterway, boat slips and Gulf of Mexico. The condo is nicely decorated with 'bright' updates and newly painted bathrooms. Condo has fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, screened in porch overlooking Charlotte Harbor and boat slips. The Master bedroom has a King sized bed, 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds and a loft with 4 twin beds. The unit has ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and loft. The Master Bedroom, Guest bedroom and Family Room all have a brand new Flat Screen TV.
