Enjoy a fun filled vacation at this waterfront cottage with 100’ beachfront and shallow swim area. Fish from the dock or explore Sebago Lake. Our dock will accommodate your boat or jet ski. Boat rentals are available nearby and the public boat launch is less than two miles away. Cottage is conveniently located to explore the Sebago Lake region for shopping, restaurants, golf and hiking. The cottage has three bedrooms and a bunkhouse with large living space. It will comfortably accommodate your family. At the peaceful moments of first light or sunset relax on the deck and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Great place for families

We had the best week at this house. Our children are ages 2-14, and we live locally so many friends made day visits to us. The swimming area is just perfect for kids to play on the beach and deep enough to jump off the dock into the crystal clear water, the big kids litterally spent hours doing that. The huge yard was great for the kids to set up croquet and still plenty of room for others to enjoy the area. The older boys loved the bunk house, it provided a nice place to sleep in.

The main house is amazing too, nice open layout, well maintained and stocked with everything a large family needed, just bring clothes, groceries and enjoy a week at the lake. Anything forgotten could easily be picked up at the shopping area 10 mins down the road. The internet service was a plus when dad needed to work. We were looking for a camp to rent for the kids but we were so happy to have rented this lake house, it truly was a a great vacation for all.

Our kids are already asking if we can stay for two weeks next summer!
