Beautiful gardens with flowers and trees blooming continuously. Walk to Cumby's, Pelly's, Brickley's, Eatery's and Bank. Walk to Bonnet. Just 4 miles form the beach and 12 minutes to URI. Plenty of parking. Fenced side yard. Full mudroom with lots of storage. Possible use of cathedral ceiling studio on property. Attic storage and basement storage. Small attached shed storage as well. Looking to rent for 1,200 month plus utilities. Also negotiable. Rent for the fall, winter and spring or for the year. Partially furnished and possible for full furnish if wanted.
