Sparkling cottage 400 yards from South Beach. Enjoy the breezes and the privacy of Katama Farm on the other side. This home comes fully equipped and is well maintained for your vacation enjoyment. South Beach on the Atlantic Ocean is one of the Island's favorite sandy beaches with a steady surf and endless views. This house has 3 levels and peak ocean views. There is a nice deck and large lawn for you to enjoy the outdoors. Comfy deck furniture is provided. There is a nice grill for those Summer BBQs and an Outdoor shower for after the beach.
