About The Owner

We've brought our children to Sanibel Island for the past thirteen years for the scenic gulf views, the beautiful beaches and glorious sunny weather. Finally, we decided to make this our vacation home to enjoy peaceful visits regularly each year.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2012
Why The Owner chose Sanibel Island

The View. When our real estate agent opened the door, we could see straight out through the floor to ceiling windows and the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. That was convincing.

What makes this condo unique

Everything needed for a relaxing stay is in our island home and we furnish it the same way we do our primary home in Minnesota. Our kitchen has all the items needed from preparing that fresh seafood entree to squeezing Florida oranges. The pond between us and the pool allows us the sound privacy we like and the beauty of a great view....and there is always plenty of room around the pool for privacy and lap swimming.

An idyllic week

What a fabulous week!! The property was just as described/pictured. Everything was clean and neat, the kitchen well-stocked. I will remember a cutting board for next year, though :-) Otherwise, this condo has it all!! Breakfast on the lanai was peaceful and included red headed woodpeckers searching out their own breakfast in the palm trees. The pool looked wonderful, but I admit I spent all my time on the beach. The shelling was amazing, and the fishing was even better! Tom was very helpful and responsive to questions. I can't wait to return next year!

This trip was part of my daughter's graduation present - and we BOTH loved it! It was even nicer than the pictures portrayed. Everything was clean, the decor was tasteful, it was perfect for us! Waking up to that beautiful view each morning was fabulous! We came to find shells and we were not disappointed! A great vacation!

Perfect Couple Getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful week at Sand Pointe. Tom was great to work with and the unit was immaculate. We arrived late and had no problem accessing the key for the unit after hours. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We saw a manatee and dolphins. The beach was clean and safe. The pool area was well maintained. My inlaws joined us later in the week and there was plenty of space and privacy for the four of us. The staff at the property management company was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of the island. Our recreational activities included bike riding through the preserve and swimming. We also enjoyed a performance by the community theater. We plan to rent this same unit again.

Just returned from our vaction at Sand Pointe. One of the best vacations we have ever been on. Tom is great to work with and the property is perfectly located to everything. Our kids had a great time looking for shells as I think we brought back half of Florida with us. I will certainly book this property again in the future.

We just returned from a fabulous family trip. The condo is a pretty as the pictures shown. We saw dolphins each morning and enjoyed fabulous sunsets at night. The grounds are well kept and the pool is very nice. We are already looking forward to next year's trip.
