Lovely and quiet house on sandy beach in world famous Playa Negra. Listen to the ocean waves. This is a great spot for family or group for surfing. Sunset beyond comparison. The beach is only steps away! Lovely sandy beach! Very good local restaurants and Bars. There is maid service and additional services available upon request. It is 30 minutes to Tamarindo. 1 1/4 hour to Liberia airport.

The Beach: It is 100 meters to water and sandy beach at south end of Playa Negra. 300 meters up beach is famous Playa Negra break.

The House: It has a great big thatch roof over center of house with a bed and bath on 1 side and 2 beds /kitchen/bath/living on other side. It is an open layout.

Golf: The house is 15 minutes from great course and I have discount passes.

Other Activities: Kayaking, day spa, wildlife viewing, rock climbing, shopping.

it was what the owner said it would be. the house was easy for our group to store surf stuff and enjoy the outdoor living the central rancho provides.
maid and gardener help with teaching us some much needed spanish.
