This beautiful and unique resort, soon to be home of Disney's Resort Hotel, offers a variety of upscale dining, cafes, retail shopping and entertainment. This condo has a great view of the Potomac River and comes fully equipped. Includes underground parking, access to adjacent hotel fitness center and concierge service. The Gaylord National Resort is only steps away from the condo unit. The 1-1/4 mile waterfront walkway connects National Harbor with Old Town Alexandria via the Woodrow Wilson Bridge with great views of downtown DC. The main thoroughfare 'American Way' is beautifully landscaped with shaded seating areas, piped in music and free WiFi. The Marina and and two public piers offers water taxi service to Old Town Alexandria, Georgetown, and Mount Vernon. Shuttle bus service is on site that runs directly to Union Station in DC. and to the Metro train station. Canoe and kayak rentals and lesson are available at the marina.
