Charming 2.5 bedroom cottage located 300 yards from Nantucket Sound and South Village Road beach. Bright, modern and clean with a comfortable living room and well stocked kitchen. There is a large comfortable deck for sunning, cooking or reading your favorite book. Use your kayaks in Swan River or bike the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail which begins in Dennis or golf on any of the Cape's outstanding golf courses.

This rental was great! It really exceeded my expectations. It was SUPER, SUPER clean too. Not even a spec of dust anywhere. The pictures dont even do it justice. The landlord was very nice and really made sure everything was in place. The kitchen was stocked with everything I could ask for to cook. My family had a blast there. Also, the house was even closer to the beach than I expected. (only like a 2 minute walk to the end of the street) And is close by to everything!! Great neighborhood too...cant even say enough great things about this place!! Would definitly rent here again and highly recommend it to anyone else.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Perfect Place for a Columbus Day W/E at the Cape

My wife and I just spent the Columbus Day weekend at the cottage and had a wonderful experience. The cottage was in beautiful condition and had everything we could possibly need. The owner went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The beach is right down the road and provided beautiful sunsets. The Cape Rail Trail starting point is a short drive up Route 134 - be sure to bring your bikes...
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
