One bedroom, oceanfront condominium on the Gulf of Mexico in quiet Sunset Beach. You are steps away from white Sandy beaches at the Sunset Chateau.

This Non-Smoking condo was remodeled and a new interior design in 2002 and delights with a casual and fresh beachside decor. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2006. The condominium sleeps up to five people with two additional mattress grade futons. Kitchen is furnished with colorful servingware and kitchen equipment. Two flat screen TVs keep you and the kids (or grandkids) happy. Unit has beach tent, beach chairs as well as deck chairs for use while visiting.

Cool off in the fresh water pool after a swim in the ocean. You are minutes away from the commercial part of Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach with numerous indoor and outdoor activities to keep both adults and kids busy.

Clean and just as listed. Great place on quiet stretch of beach. Seems like lots of other snowbirds escaping the northern winter. Due to a cancellation, we were able to stay for a short time. Would love to return to the area. Lots to see and do!

Had a great time on our July vacation. The unit was very nice and clean, beach was not overly crowded. Had a sea turtle make a nest just outside of our building and were able to watch as the turtle rescue came and relocated the eggs to a more quiet part of the beach. Would definately recommend this unit to other travelers. Nikki was incredibly helpful throughout our vacation. Thank you!
