This is a beautiful Condo. They spared no expense in the luxurious decorations. The matching stainless steel appliances and granite countertops were in excellent condition. The condo was clean when we got there and clean when we left, because my wife was so happy with the accommodations. I really think that the building is new. The internet was high speed and always available. The neighborhood is clean and well kept, it is very quiet with all of the building surrounding it were all beautifully painted, with well cared for Flowers and trees, and lawns. Your private parking is well marked with brick inlayed in the driveway. The swimming pool was clean and almost private, well we stayed for a week and after the week end it was private. The beach is a short walk away, less than a half a block. From the front deck/porch you can see a small portion of the gulf, so if you are looking for beach front this is not it, but if you are looking for a wonderful place to stay and sleep this is the perfect place. you may not believe this but My wife loves to cook so we ate every meal at the condo except for one. She does not like to eat out (how lucky am I) We ate one meal at Pirates Landing, and the meal was great and the mojitos were excellent. Just a word of advice if you want to purchase fresh shrimp get it at the pirates landing. They sale Fresh Shrimp by the pound or bag for less than 5.00 dollars per pound. There are several Fish Markets around that are selling there giant shrimp for 13.00 to 16.00 dollars a pound. The shrimp are rated as giant. The only difference is the price. We took 40 pound bag home on hot ice and by the time we were home the bag was frozen solid thru and thru. There are many places to shop , but you can get most of the things you need (shoes, shorts, shirts, swimming suites, caps and hats) at home and save a lot of money. Take with you what you need and only buy your trinkets there. Please do not let my comments about the retail stores keep you from renting this Condo because the owner was always available, and the property was immaculate. The only disadvantage is it is up stairs, the advantage is that you have a wonderful view, and no one up stairs stomping around all night.
