My family of four stayed in this lovely villa for 4 nights during spring break. Although the weather did not cooperate (rainy and chilly), this villa was very comfortable and clean. It was layed out perfectly and had a nice view of the golf course. We enjoyed having a TV with DVD player in each room so we could all watch the different movies we rented through Red Box. The villa is in the perfect location for exploring by bicycle. It was a nice ride to the Lawton Stables to look at the horses, and to the Salty Dog or Harbour Town for lunch. Coligny Plaza was a bit longer ride for shopping and eating, but still very doable and the beach was a very quick 5 minutes or less. The kitchen in the villa was well stocked for cooking meals. Most importantly, the owner was very easy to deal with and it was evident that she takes great care of this property. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit HHI.

Wonderful Villa

We really can't say enough good things about this villa/the sea pines resort area. This venue provides everything necessary for the perfect relaxing vacation. For starters, the villa is in pristine condition. Everything seems new, very clean, and provides much more space than even the roomiest of hotel rooms. The complex is very quiet which provides guests with the opportunity to accomplish work activities if necessary. In addition, the balcony provides a great place to sit and have meals/drinks while enjoying the view of the golf course. The location of the villa is another attractive quality about staying here. Given the proximity to the ocean, we took the opportunity every day to walk to the beach and enjoy the nice ocean breeze. Lastly, the renters of this property were tremendously helpful in getting us situated on the island and providing a very nice list of suggestions for places to eat, activities, local grocery stores, etc. We definitely plan on coming back to Hilton Head in the future, and this villa will be our first choice of places to stay upon our return.

When we started to research where to purchase a property it became very clear the only choice would be in Sea Pines Plantation for all the reasons you've stated. We love hearing the words clean again and again. This is very important to us and honestly why we choose to rent ourselves to oversee every detail. The Mid-rise building where the Villa is located is a solid cement structure which makes it quiet and we're glad you noticed. Also, it is the only building completely renovated. Views,views,views! The absolute reason we choose this Villa. Location, location, location! Another reason this makes for a great stay. The Villa is centrally located in Sea Pines and closest to the Beach. So glad you appreciated our "suggestion sheet". Our visits always include playing foodie critic. Hilton Head has hundreds of restaurant choices and why not share! We thank you again and look forward to your return.

Thank you Maggie and Steve for sharing your beautiful villa. It felt like home without all the snow!!! You provided everything we needed for our wonderful 2 week stay.

My husband loved his golf course view and of course playing. We enjoyed daily walks in the sunshine which we needed after trying the many fabulous restaurants!!!! Close to Harbortown, wonderful walks on the beach and of course several trips to The Salty Dog!!u

Even grocery store shopping at Harris Teeter was fun!!!

Everything was perfect and would highly recommend !!!!

Owner's Response: Ahhh, thank you Debbie & Rich. Being from the Midwest, I understand the wonderful opportunity to escape from the snow. The view from the villa is quite special. We love the feeling of practically being on the green! Walks...can't get enough of them when you have the choice of either the beach or the 17miles of bike/walking paths. The restaurants are fab. & love sharing my new finds with my guests. Isn't that Harris Teeter amazing? You can even go on-line order, pay and drive up and have them brought to your car....wonderful suggestion if you know your going to have a long travel day upon arrival on the island. Sure look forward to having you all again!

Wonderful Vacation

This property is located within a short walk to dining, shopping, and bike rentals. We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated the owner's cleanliness and attention to all the little details! Couldn't ask for a better vacation on Hilton Head Island!

Nice and Clean Condo

The condo is clean and well maintained, and has beautiful furnishings. Owners are easy to deal with and have fully stocked the condo with everything you would need. We either drove to the beach club or rode our bikes (parking at the beach club can be tight between 10:30 and 2:00). We hope to stay here again in the future!

Owner's Response: Thank you for being our guests. We use a small boutique cleaning service to make sure the Villa has the most attentive care. We are a quick drive and an easy bike ride to the beach. During high season, I always suggest if you drive get there early or go drop your beach equipment off and head back on your bikes. We look forward to your return.
