Welcome to the gated community of Villa Palmira in Punta Santiago, a suburb of Humacao. Enjoy this comfortable air conditioned home which is only a two minute stroll to the semi-private beach. Begin each day with tropical breezes and beautiful sunrises. Across the waters, you’ll see Cayo Santiago (Monkey Island). Boat rides around the Cayo are available. Just a short walk on the beach you will find the fishing pier, Children’s Water Park, supermarket, and bakery; 5-minute drive to shopping, Restaurants, Cineplex, and the Humacao Nature Center (hiking/kayaking); 20 minutes to Palmas del Mar Resort, where there is golf, a casino, fine restaurants, horseback riding; 30 minutes to El Yunque - National Rainforest.; 45 minutes to San Juan.
