Photos and Description of the Centerville vacation house rental Single Family Home, 4 Bedrooms, 7 Baths (Sleeps 8-12)

We built a beautiful home on the Centerville River across from Craigville Beach. Every bedroom has hardwood floors, a nice soft bed and a private tile bath with granite vanity, access to a balcony and beautiful water views, perfect for a family get away or a small corporate retreat. The top floor library and great room has a wide screen TV, gas fireplace and a wet bar with built-in bookshelves, library and more beach books and novels than you could read in a lifetime. You can walk to Craigville Beach for a swim in the Nantucket Sound or stroll to the '4 Seas' and sample the world's best ice cream! You can fish in the Centerville River, gather wildflowers in the back yard or lounge in the sun on one of the private decks. There are lots of cozy places to curl up with a book if that is your goal. Or spend your day watching the ducks, geese and swans on the Centerville River from the window seat. After all, it's your vacation! Just relax and enjoy our home on Cape Cod.

Notes: Air Conditioning: 3 systems and 6 zones. Ceiling fans in every room and always an ocean breeze off the Nantucket Sound! The Ocean view laundry room will make you reconsider who has to do the laundry! Large garage for storage of wet and sandy beach gear. Flip a switch at the wet bar and snuggle up on a couch in front of the fireplace with a good book or watch the wildlife on the Centerville river from the hand crafted window seat! There is nothing more romantic than a real wood fire on a cool crisp night. We have a wood fireplace in the living room and one in the master bedroom.
