We bought The Cedars house to make it a home for ourselves and you, our guests. We visit to play and relax and hope you do too. WELCOME! The home was built in 1913 by the manager of the silver mine up the street. At the time it was one of the nicest luxury homes in Kellogg. Complete with leaded glass windows, leaded glass china cabinet in the dining room, 9’ ceilings, and 1913 vintage chandeliers. It was huge by the standards of the day. We have fully remodeled it, (except for the laundry room) preserving the vintage features but outfitting it with modern appliances. It’s now a 2677 square foot vacation rental that sits on a third acre corner lot which is a perfect place to porch sit and watch people go by. The house has a very warm feel to it. It's ideal for family get-together’s and friends who come as a group to get away from the rat race. It has very large rooms that are beautifully decorated. It has tile and hardwood floors and a tile shower with two shower heads.
