Ocean access waterfront with Dock & Hot Tub. Rent a boat or bring your own for sightseeing on the intra-costal and going to waterfront restaurants. Very nicely furnished to the last detail. The villa has an upscale Key West feel with some nice antiques and nice hand-knotted rugs. Master has king bed, guest room has queen, third bedroom has twin with twin rollaway. A beautiful tropical yard complete with hot tub and tiki torches. A great place for enjoying the sun, dining or morning coffee. There are two chaise lounge for sunbathing. The patio has a gas grill. There is a nice patio table and chairs by the water for enjoying the sun, dining or morning coffee. Very comfortable home and a very convenient location between Federal Highway ( US 1 ) and I 95 and the cruise port. The owner will be happy to give you a quick driving tour to help you learn your way around this lovely city.

Everything is here to enjoy your stay. The house has a wet bar with mini fridge in the sun room. Close to beaches, FLL Airport, Port Everglades, downtown Fort Lauderdale and excellent restaurants at the Las Olas Riverfront. Close to Fort Lauderdale Beach and Hollywood Beach with great restaurants and the famous boardwalk. Across the street from a nice park for jogging or walking pets. Only 2 miles to Port Everglades for Cruise Ships in/out of Fort Lauderdale. Located east of I 95 & close to US 1.

STRICT PARENTAL SUPERVISION is advised due to canal & hot tub. Has one queen, one double, one twin plus additional twin rollaway if needed. Separate laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Pets NEGOTIABLE.

Other Activities: Beautiful beaches, Concerts, Excellent Shopping, Excellent Restaurants, Broward Center for the performing Arts, Very close to Port Everglades, 20 min, to Miami and popular South Beach, 1 1/2 hrs, to the east coast (Naples), 45 min, to Palm Beach, Key West only 3 1/2 hrs, Disney world 3 1/2.

Wonderful House

My husband and I rented this house for 2 months and cannot say enough good things about it. The house was exactly as pictured and described and the Owner Leslie was just wonderful to work with. The kitchen was very well equiped the king size bed in the master was very comfortable and the back decks along with the hot tub were amazing. Always a nice breeze, we enjoyed many wonderful cook-outs on the deck under the canopy. When our two months came to an end none of us wanted to depart. Even our dog wanted to stay. Do not hesitate to book this rental as you will not be disappointed. Leslie thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home and thanks for the the beautiful flowers and bottle of wine. We already miss it and look forward to returning.

Charming home on canal.

We stayed at this lovely home from 1/10/12 until 3/31/12. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom to the deck in the back with the view of the canal. Everything is provided from a fully equipped kitchen to a gas grill. We enjoyed all our meals, except when we dined out, under the canopy on the deck. It was so relaxing sitting there at night enjoying the view of the lights reflecting off the water in the canal. Extra plus is the hot tub on the deck. This is a wonderful home that I would highly recommend to anyone. Leslie(the owner) is very gracious and accommodating from everything to the flowers and wine that greeted us upon arrival to telling you the best places to shop. We recommend for dining or just a drink: Lauderdale Grill, The Downtowner, Gianni's in Pompano Beach and Antonio's restaurant for a great pepperoni pizza. Thank you Leslie for making our stay so enjoyable. We will see you again.

When my wife and I decided to go on our first cruise with our best friends, we immediately started our search for accomodations in the Fort Lauderdale area. We wanted to arrive about a week before the cruise and explore this South Florida "mecca"! How fortunate we were to have found this lovely home. We discovered the FLVR site easily and when we spoke with Leslie Rambin, the owner, we knew that we had made a great decision. Courtesy and helpfulness are her strong suits. She informed us of attractions and dining that thoroughly enhanced our stay. This home is in such a convenient location for seeing Fort Lauderdale and the cruise port. Great stay!

Our stay was great and we had a wonderful time while in Fort Lauderdale. The home was very clean and beautifully furnished, with plenty of room for the four of us. The owner, Leslie, was very helpful and responsive to our needs. I especially liked the king bed in the master bedroom and the hot tub was a perfect way to relax. We enjoyed our dinner under the gazebo several times. The home had everything we needed, and the location made it easy to get around. The bottle of wine and flowers were a very nice welcome. We will definitely call Leslie and stay again the next time we visit the area.
