About The Owner
I had the chance to travel all over the world. I was lucky enough to see the most remote corners of the planet - each trip I came home with a little something to remember the places I have visited - I met a lot of people in my journeys and now I enjoy the peaceful life of Monteripoli .
The Owner purchased this villa in 1960
Why The Owner chose Tivoli
This house is where my family and I grew up - It is a fantastic place to be with children and among friends .
What makes this villa unique
The absence of sounds, the bush surrounding the property and the most amazing sunsets overlooking the Roman country side always give me great emotions! The fact that Villa Adriana and Villa d'Este, two of the most visited Italian monuments, are just a few miles away makes it just more attractive.
Guestbook comments from the owner
It’s been a year since being in Italy and I’m still longing to return. Life just flashes by so quickly…
I wouldn’t want to bore anyone talking of my day to day activities but more so wanted to reach out to you and your family to say, “Hello.”
One day I will return to the villa, part of my heart lives for the villa. Visiting Italy had such a huge effect on me. When I was on that holiday I brought music along so whenever I listen to that music I smell the crisp cool September air from the villa and I can close my eyes and see Tivoli and Villa Adriana from the vantage point of the balcony.
I love to cook and I’ve found a program on TV which features a chef named David Rocco, in Firenze. I don’t want to sound behind the times but this was a rather new discovery to me but you might be rather familiar with who he is? I really enjoy seeing the program because I get to see all the things that I remember but there is so much yet for me to explore. Again, grazie, to you and your family for opening your doors to me and my family.
