Fun for Everyone!!! This first floor condo features a 30’ deck overlooking the open bay. The view is optimized with a full wall of windows and side wall mirrors in both the Living Room and Master Bedroom. There is plenty of room to sleep eight with 2 queen size beds, 1 full size bed and 1 set of bunk beds. The 2 bathrooms feature custom tile work and the new flooring throughout compliments the ‘beachy’ décor. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything that you need; including a brand new refrigerator and brand new cabinets. Cool off with the Central Air. The location is ideal too. We are 2 blocks from water slides & go-carts, 4 blocks from the beach, and close to the boardwalk and inlet. If you are interested in a week please contact Tracie via email.

We are located on the bay in Ocean City, MD. Known throughout the country for it's 'family fun' atmosphere, Ocean City offers endless possibilities: clean beaches, boardwalk, nightlife, restaurants, nearby golf and outlet shopping, and so much more! The condo is ideally located on 32nd street; 2 blocks from water slides & go-carts, 4 blocks from the beach, and close to the boardwalk and inlet. Fun for EVERYONE !!! This condo has it all. It is directly on the bay and is perfect for those that like a super relaxing view to go with their margarita or those interested in catching their own dinner on the dock (will it be crabs or flounder tonight?). It’s only a short walk to the beach for the sand castle type and has a pool for those that prefer to get their sun fix without all the sand. There is a baby pool for the little ones and a tennis court for the athletic type. And the boardwalk is within walking distance for everyone to enjoy.

My teenage son told me it didn't feel like a vacation - it felt like we moved. That's definitely a compliment where teenagers are concerned! The condo is in a quiet area and peaceful, and yet is in a very convenient location: down the street from Jolly Rogers Amusement Park and close to the bus and boardwalk. Everything was in beautiful shape. If we can, we will probably stay here again in the future.
