Professionally built in 2006, our suite is designed to feel like home. Hardwood floors, large windows, and wireless internet are among the comforts you'll enjoy. French doors open to a private patio and south-facing backyard with fruit trees, herb, flower and vegetable gardens. This one-bedroom suite features a fully-equipped kitchen, with a large fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher, plus all of the cooking supplies you will need if you choose to eat at home. The adjoining eating area contains a table that will seat up to 6 people. A gas fireplace is located in the living room area, where there is a television. This suite is conveniently located within walking distance to all amenities, and a short drive to downtown Victoria.

This suite is located in the town of Esquimalt, within a 5 minute drive of downtown Victoria. The suite is located within a minute walk to public transit and a 5 minute walk to the local village containing a grocery store, pharmacy, bank, liquor store, post office, coffee shop and more. The west bay marina is a short walk away, where you will find water-taxi service to downtown Victoria and the Fisherman's Wharf, plus a coastal walking trail. From Victoria, you can drive north to visit beautiful parks and attractions. Ferry service to the Island is located in both downtown Victoria and Sidney.
