This two bedroom, two bath villa features fairway views. Enjoy relaxing on the porch while taking in the golf views. 32-inch flat screen TV included with surround sound DVD player. Large deck fully furnished. New appliances and furniture throughout condo. Club access available. Bedding includes a Queen bed in the master suite and a full bed in the second bedroom. A sleeper sofa provides additional bedding. This High Hammock Villa includes: free parking, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.

Quick trip to the beach: Brand new kitchen! We just replaced all appliances and cabinets, and also added granite countertops! Our condo is about 7/10 of a mile from the beach located on the No. 8 hole of the Ocean Winds Golf Course on Seabrook Island. You can make the walk or drive. Either way it doesn't take very long at all!
