This professionally designed guest house features a living room, fully-equipped kitchen, utility room, two spacious bedrooms with queen-size beds and one large bath. A beautifully landscaped backyard is home to squirrels, birds and butterflies. The covered front porch offers comfortable rocking chairs and a scenic view of the Back Bay.

We offer complete privacy, in fact you will never see us. I leave a key in the mailbox on the front porch the morning of your stay, let yourself in & enjoy your weekend and then simply return the key back to the mailbox & we will come pick it up!

Included with your stay:

• Snacks: A Goodie Basket filled with nonperishable items such as cookies, oatmeal, candy, individual cereal boxes, chips, popcorn and a bottle of White Zinfandel.

• Continental Plus Breakfast : Milk, Orange Juice, Fresh Fruit, Muffins, Cereal, Flavored Coffee, Regular & Decaf Coffee, 4 Bottled Waters.

Our New "Home Away From Home"

The warmth and charm of the "Old Parsonage Guest House" is amazing, not to mention the calming effect the minute you step inside. It is one of those "wow" moments, for sure!

The home is immaculate and you feel like you are in your very own home. It is very tastefully decorated with antiques, along with nice linens and plenty of fluffy towels, soaps, etc. The washer and dryer come in handy also.

Everything you could possibly need in a kitchen is there. Pretty dishes, cookware, coffee, sugar, filters. The fridge is stocked with milk, orange juice, bottle water and wine. Sitting on the dining table are delicious gourmet muffins along with a gift basket full of goodies on arrival. What a nice touch!

There is a beautiful manicured back yard with a nice patio for relaxing and enjoying your private get-a-way. The front porch with rocking chairs is very nice also.

The home was remodeled after "Hurricane Ike" and you can tell a lot of thought went into it and it shows! Very quiet neighborhood and so convenient to many nice restaurants including the Kemah Boardwalk. Not a bad drive to Galveston or even Houston from this great location.

We have stayed in many nice places in the area since we moved away 3 years ago, but none can top this B & B and I highly recommend it. This is our new home away from home.

Charming and Quaint Cottage

My brother's family from San Antonio and my family from NC met here to celebrate my nephews graduation. We had a wonderful time. The cottage was very clean and had a very comfortable, homey decor. The beds were very comfortable. Everything you needed was there. We enjoyed the treats that were left. Thank you! We spent a lot of our time in the private fenced back yard. It was nicely landscaped and the breeze was always great. Although internet access was not available, it was a nice break from the "office". The neighborhood was quite and safe. A few blocks away was a nice park with a walking trail and a disc golf course. Around the corner and a little ways down there was a gathering place for many who enjoyed fishing. The bay could be seen in the distance from the front drive. Kemah Boardwalk was only less than 2 miles away. There were several city pools within 6 miles of the cottage. Sylvan Beach is about 7 miles. There was a grocery store 4 blocks away and anything you could possibly need was within a short distance. Johnson Space Center and Clear Lake were also less than 10 miles away. Houston was less than 20 miles away so the city scene is not too far. Seabrook has more of a small town feel to it. We enjoyed Mexican food that was right down the street, seafood that was enjoyed right on the waterway, and great burgers in Texas City which was only 6 miles away. So many things to do! We stayed busy but more importantly, we enjoyed the surroundings in which we could visit and be together. I would highly recommend and would love to come back again. A huge thanks to Stevie for her kindness and patience with my many questions leading up to our stay. I hope others will enjoy this little slice of heaven in Seabrook.
