Luxury 2 storey townhouse fully equipped with linen supplied including sheets towels and beach towels. This beach house has luxurious appointments including a large spa bath in the main bathroom. It comfortably accommodates 8 people and is for your exclusive use whether 2 or 8 people stay. There is a large living area with large screen TV, DVD and CD player and a separate dining area. At the rear of the ground floor, overlooking the fully fenced courtyard is the fourth bedroom with a queen size or double bed. A bathroom including a shower, toilet & hand basin is located adjacent to the bedroom on the ground floor. This stylish home includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with electric oven and gas cook top, dishwasher and microwave oven. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided for you. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine & dryer and full sized ironing board and iron. Upstairs you will find three generous bedrooms, the main bathroom with a large spa & separate toilet.

The reverse-cycle air-conditioning provides heating or cooling with separate controls for the bedrooms and living areas. There is an intercom security system at the entry and throughout the house. A double, remote controlled lock-up garage allows direct entry to the house through the private, fenced rear courtyard.
