About Us:
We first rented a townhouse at Windsor Hills with our two sons in the fall of 2007 and immediately fell in love with the resort. The community is so conveniently located to Disney that we were able to return home for lunch, put our sons down for a nap, and were back at the parks in time to enjoy the afternoon parades. The boys loved the giant play structure down the street, and spent hours burying themselves in the sand. The splash pool in the backyard provided hours of entertainment.
By the time we returned in the spring of 2009, our family had grown to three sons. A townhouse was again a perfect match for us, as they are located closer to the clubhouse than most of the homes in the community, while still having much more privacy than the condos. At the end of our two week vacation, we began our search for our own vacation home, and in July 2009 took possession of “Villa of Memories”.

Windsor Hills is a 5-star gated community in Kissimmee Florida. Trip Advisor rates Windsor Hills as #1 for 'Specialty Lodging' in the Disney area. Our townhouse is a short walk to the 10,000 square-foot clubhouse, which offers a specialty store, surround-sound movie theatre, gaming arcade and billiards room, computer lounge, and fitness center. Located beside the clubhouse, you will find the large, zero-entry heated pool with waterslides and splashing fountains. The resort recreation area has lighted tennis courts, sand volleyball courts; lighted basketball courts, practice golf putting/chipping green. A giant play area equipped with a play structure, swings, sand, and life size chess board, is just a short stroll down the street. Additional parking is available on site for RVs.

The house is self-catering. Please bring dish soap, laundry detergent, and toiletries.

Electronic front door lock. No need to pick up keys at a property manager! Go directly to our home when you arrive. (The door code is unique for your stay)
