The owners live next door, which beats having to track down rental agents.

Nosara and Playa Guiones are the best of Costa Rica with an unspoiled beach and an incredible community of surfers, yogis, nature lovers and others seeking a special experience. We had this house built, along with next door, where we live full time. This house is in K section, which is quiet yet close to the beach. It is a short walk to the beach, 7 minutes, and has telephone and internet if you need to stay connected. It is 5 minutes from the Nosara Yoga Institute if you are taking classes there, and is a perfect space for socializing and entertaining.
