We were very impressed with the floorplan, decor and cleanliness of the house, and we thoroughly enjoyed its beautiful artwork and amenities. We were a group of 9 including grandparents and toddlers and there was more than enough room (the den doubles as a fifth bedroom) and something for everyone here. The kitchen has nice appliances. It is open to the sunroom/breakfast nook and you can see the whole deck beyond that. The kitchen is also somewhat open to the family room. The entertainment system's speakers in every room were a great touch when we hosted a nice party with friends. These factors alone would warrant a rating of 5, but I am giving a rating of 4 because of maintenance issues. The jetted tub in the master bath did not work for the duration of our stay. Halfway through our weeklong stay, the outdoor hot tub stopped working. Unfortunately, the repair person didn't make it there before we left. On our last day, the washing machine wouldn't spin the sheets. All in all, though, we were very happy in this house and we'll rent it again -- that's if our friends don't get to it before us!
