Vacationer's paradise! Swim, boat, or fish from dock of this lake front property on beautiful Old Hickory Lake. It has a monster size two story deck that will hold up to 30 people. Fireplaces on all floors and 8 person hot tub. Sleeps up to 16!

Close to scenic downtown Nashville Tennessee home of the Grand Ole Opry. There is plenty of new restaurants, shopping and entertainment areas close by.

A very relaxing place to stay and fun for the kids.

There is a pontoon boat available for rent.

Perfect Spot

We had a great time at Rusty's Lake house!! Super Golf nearby, Bass & Crappie jumping on our Swim Baits, Evening Camp fires Lake side & ESPN. What more do you need for a Guys Get Away? Birds and Wildlife were all over the place. Even got some video of a very large Beaver or Otter. Thanks Rusty!!

Worth The Trip

We stayed at this house for a 4 day weekend last weekend. The house is what you'd like out of a vacation rental/lake house. Plenty of space, nice decks, hot tub, pool table, fully stocked kitchen and a reasonable landlord. We packed 12 adult males into the place and, while we ran out of beds, there were a handful of couches that did just fine. The house is decorated nicely, but so nicely that you're nervous you will break something you can't afford. Rusty, the landlord, is a nice, laid-back kind of guy. He let us have the space and was very reasonable about the pricing. Overall, it was a great trip and the house was a big part of that. Thanks for having us.

Mount Juliet House Rental.

Though some small, there are plenty of bedrooms to accommodate multiple people. Nice view on the water. Hot tub was nice. The owner is genuine and was a pleasure to do business with. Great guy. All in all, it was a great stay and place is return to. Thanks, Rusty.

WOW!!!!!!
What can we say. The house was perfect. We had 12 guys there and it was GREAT. The house is very big. Huge yard with fire pit. Deck is beyond big. We had a great time. The house needs a little TLC but looks as if they are working as they go on this house. Only one complaint. The DARN microwave, you have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out. Other than the microwave everything else was PERFECT. Everything there a group needs to be content. Its about 25 min from downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The place was nice and a perfect fit for 10 adults and 2 kids. We hope to go back in the summer to take advange of the lake and boat.
