The Bay Estate is an elegantly styled and appointed home located in the Honolulu area of Oahu directly on Maunalua Bay. The villa has over 4,695 square feet of air-conditioned living area in the five bedroom, four + bath estate that has an amazing flow and feel to the layout. Smartly appointed with limestone floors in the common areas, plush cream-color carpeting in the bedrooms and living room, granite counter tops and quality appliances. There are dramatic ocean and sunset views toward Koko Head from almost every room in the house. The living/dining area opens to a large, oceanfront pool and poolside Jacuzzi that is bordered by a spacious pool deck, outdoor BBQ and oceanfront sitting area with firepit. There is a wonderful lava rock shower tucked behind the waterfall for rinsing off or having an exotic bathing experience.
