The town of Alexandria Bay is in the heart of the Thousand Island section of New York and is right on the St Lawrence Seaway which forms the border between Canada and New York State. There are many activities for all ages from festivals to boat shows to pirate weeks. There is fishing and boats are everywhere. Two castles on islands are open to the public. Canada is minutes away. Visit a casino or sightsee. Many golf courses and several museums are nearby and there is plenty for youngsters to enjoy also.

We had a wonderful time. As others have said, it was spotless, well decorated, and in a convenient location. You can walk to the village and enjoy yourself, stores, restaurants, & laundry nearby. Housekeeper & owners were very helpful and nice. Loved the screened porch (esp. in the morning when kids were still asleep). Didn't hear families in connecting townhouse at all. Many relaxing and/or sporting things to do in A-Bay. Boat tours were definitely worth the $$. We were very very comfortable. Would definitely rent from the same owners again.

The guests that stay at our units are tops. They find plenty to do even during the summer when storms seem to blow through a few days each week. It is a pleasure to hear back from them. We appreciate their comments.
