Private two bedroom two bath free standing cottage town home in quiet West End neighborhood. This condominium lives like a house. The main floor has a new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, a living room with gorgeous pine floors, built-ins and a fireplace with a 42 inch Plasma TV mounted above. The first bedroom (queen) has an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom suite (queen) on the second floor has a bath, walk-in closet, laundry and additional TV. The private and secluded master bedroom is bright and airy with soaring cathedral ceilings. There is an exclusive use private deck and patio area with wonderful plantings, furnitue and gas grill, perfect for enjoying outdoor living or summer entertaining. A fence surrounds the yard increasing the privacy. The home has everything you need to enjoy the Provincetown lifestyle. There is also assigned parking for 1 car. It is just a short 5 minute walk to the Boatslip.
