This condo is style and LOCATION wrapped up together! The location is right off Central Av behind the Wal-Mart. It's less than 3 miles from Oaklawn. It's less than 10 mins to Bath House Row.

With this location AND being on the lake AND having a pool AND a private boat ramp AND cable TV AND Wi-Fi AND great furnishings - What more could you want?

This is a beautiful condo that has been taken care of. It is in a delightful complex with such rich history. The grounds are well cared for and have well thought out amenities. The living area and the kitchen are open to each other so the space is airy and family oriented. The bedrooms have wonderfully comfortable queen size beds for a great nights sleep after a day on the lake. Style, Location, Family, Relaxing, ENJOY!!

Family Fun at its Best: This condo is perfect for families or friends! The location can't be beat! Located behind the Walmart on Central and close to everything - Oaklawn, Bath House Row - everything!

The condo complex offers so many great things - a pool, a swim/fish platform, a private ramp. Not to mention the multiple grills, a great swing to sit and enjoy the view. There is also hundreds of feet of lake frontage. Jump in and swim or sit anywhere you want and fish. Everyone is friendly and kind. You'll love the atmosphere here!

We love dogs too: We travel with our dogs and know that others love to as well. We welcome small house trained dogs. Please let us know in advance that your bringing a your baby. We do require a pet agreement to be signed and we charge a small, non-refundable, pet fee for the extra cleaning that is done.

We try to make it easy!: When you decide that you want to rent we will sent you the rental agreement (and pet agreement if needed) through email. We give you some very simple instructions to do an electronic signature after you have read the agreement/s. When you send it back to us through email you then call us and make payment. We accept credit cards over the phone. We require the agreement/s and at least the reservation fee/security deposit to be completed to secure the reservation. The balance to be paid by 60 days before check-in.

If you want to be on the lake AND be close to everything then this is the condo for you. Our condo is located right behind the Walmart on Central Av (7S) You're less then 3 miles to Oaklawn and only about 5 minutes to Bath House Row.

Notes: The condo has all you need in the kitchen - stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, toaster, etc. Right now there is no washer and dryer - but that is coming soon. Linens and towels provided. Towels are for indoor use only. We provide a 'starter' kit of one roll of toilet paper and paper towels and a travel size of shampoo/conditioner. For a lot of travelers that's all they need! The condo has cable TV and wireless internet access. There is also a swimming pool for everyone in the complex to enjoy. Enjoyable weekend

We had a very nice time on our weekend trip with our kids. This little place worked out ok for us as we were not there except to sleep for the most part. It was a little difficult for one of my kids to sleep one of the nights due to the noise from neighbors. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay with a great price.

Hot Springs Weekend getaway to the horse races

The place was nice, peaceful, quaint with pretty scenery. Very close to lake. Seemed like you were far out of town, but only a few minutes to town and to the horse races.
It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We did not use the hide-a-bed. Everything was in working condition.
The rental process went smooth. All and all we really enjoyed it and would stay there again and recommend it to friends and famiy.
We visited the wax museum downtown Hot Springs and to my surprise was really good. We ate at the Bleu Monkey and the menu had a lot to choose from and the food and service was great.

Great vacation rental

Four adults spent the weekend at this condo. Great place to rent. The description of the rental was as advertised, in fact maybe better than advertised. The photos are exactly as the place looked. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The only disappointment for the weekend was the weather, but that's something we humans can't control. Did get on the lake Saturday and caught one bass and a nice bream. Would defintely recommend this place and will rent again if need arises and it is available.

Nice location, comfortable, and like a 2BR apt.

We stayed the weekend of Feb 11-13. We enjoyed our stay in general. There were 6 adults and 0 children. This condo isn't big enough for six adults, but it would have been roomy enough for 4.

This condo was clean and nice, just like a small apartment. Nicely decorated. The lake was right there, but due to weather we didn't access. There was a nice outdoor pool within walkin distance, once again we didn't access it due to weather.

Oaklawn and nice restaurants were within 5 minutes even with traffic. We would recommend getting to Oaklawn at least an hour early for parking. Salsa's was a nice mexican restaurant and an inexpensive price. There was a large antique mall within a few miles too.

There were a few things that would have made our stay nicer. The beds were uncomfortable hard. The interior shower curtain had mold on it halfway up not just at the bottom. The only tv was small enough to call a bedroom tv.

Overall, our trip was nice and never needed anyone for anything. Please don't think this review is negative just constructive cristism for improvement. The owners were nice to deal with, and they returned our deposit within a week.
