The pool extends across the back of the property. there are 3 sets of patio doors out to the pool, ( all with pool alarms and swing locks). The Lanai area provides an area out of the sun ( or rain!), and the patio deck has room for loungers, use the BBQ, or just sit out and relax and eat by the pool. The property is well screened by shrubs and at the back overlooks a nature area. There is an electric pool heater for those who wish to heat the pool during the cooler months, plus a solar blanket to keep the pool warm once the heater is running.
The property is managed locally - they will call you early in your stay to check all is ok for you!
We have added HIGHSPEED WIRELESS INTERNET - free. ( Can also be used with Ethernet cable if you are not wireless).
The main gate for Disney is a 15/20 minute drive - with easy access to the 535, Interstate 4, and Osceola Parkway. The other area attractions, Sea World, Universal Studios, Island of adventure, City Walk, Pleasure Island, Downtown Disney, Wet and Wild, Blizzard Beach, Busch Gardens, International Drive, plus dinner shows etc. are all close by.
Walmart is either 10 mins North or South of the hosue, and local fast food dining and supermarkets make it easy for your grocery shopping etc .

* The home is under the care of a professional property management program. All beds are made up before your arrival, and a full clean is included in the rate. Call or e-mail Michelle - this site just allows for 12 pictures, more can be e-mailed, along with general information on the home, booking procedure, etc.
* All Rates INCLUDE 13% Taxes and the clean fee of $90.
* $200 Refundable Damage Deposit and $25 Booking Fee are Added on Top of the Rental Rate.
* Pool Heat is $15 Per Day, or $105 per week if needed.
* No Smoking - You can smoke out by the pool.
