Photos and Description of the Caldonazzo vacation apartment rental

The apartment is located on the second floor. It offers three separate bedrooms, two balconies, your own parking space in the shade and a closed entrance downstairs with remote gate-opener. It's only 50 meters to the playgrounds with tennis-facilities and on the opposite side of the road you will find the local supermarket, which can cater for nearly all your needs. Your children will be able to play safely in the closed garden. In the apartment they will find a lot of games (mainly Duplo), plays and puzzles. Guests, who visited us before you, filled the 'Book of Ideas' with interesting news and trips in the neighbourhood.

The village of Caldonazzo near the lake, is situated in a valley (Valsugana) at 480 meters above the sea level. It is the place for sporty persons, who love trekking and mountain biking. Trips to Venice and the opera of Verona can get you addicted to the finer art forms of the hospitable Italian people. In the summer the locals organise many concerts and festivities in the centre of the village and at the lake. The lake offers the local Lido or public areas with pebble beaches.

The golf course can be found in the valley 'Conca di Costa' (1200 m) outside Folgaria, some 20 kilometers from Caldonazzo. The 9-hole course, par 72, is situated on a green pasture of approx. 5.500 sqm. In the surroundings of Pergine, 9 kilometers from Caldonazzo, you can find a 6-hole course.

Caldonazzo, den 12.7.2006: Hallo Sylvia und Mirco,
Jetzt ist es leider so weit - Morgen werden wir die Heimkehr antreten (jedoch mit Aufenthalt in Augsburg, Prag und Dresen, vor wir wieder in Dänemark sind). Wir möchten uns aber erst bei Euch herzlich bedanken. Unser unterkunft - Eure Wohnung - ist für uns super gewesen. Räumlich, alles Denkbares vorhanden und ein herrlicher Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Nähe. Wir haben viel gewandert und vieles gesehen. Trotzdem gibt es für uns noch viel Mehr in den Umgebungen zu erleben, und es ist durchaus denkbar, dass wir uns bei Euch wieder melden werden. Bis dann, lebt wohl.

Geräumige Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern im zweiten Stock sowie Unterstellplatz für das Auto. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein besonderes Highlight für unsere kinder (1+4) war die großzügige Lego-Duplo-Ausstattung.
Vermieterin spricht sehr gut deutsch und ist sehr freundlich. Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Radtouren im Suganertal und an den Seen im Tal sowie die Passstraßen hinauf. Man erreicht recht schnell die Hochebene von Lavarone.

Schöne,saubere und geräumige Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Nette deutschsprechende Vermieterin,sehr
hilfsbereit. Mitten im Ort,direkt bei grossem Supermarkt.
Beste Ausgangslage für Touren (5 Richtungen).
Preis-Leistung sehr gut,wenn man den grossen Luxus nicht braucht.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
