Upon arriving to the condo we saw a for sale sign in the window. I was worried there would be potential buyers coming through during our week stay, but that didn't happen. We opened the door and there were cleaning supplies left out and it seamed as though it had been cleaned hurriedly. Upon opening a cabinet things fell out like someone had stuffed everything in. Could use newer pots and pans. Dutch oven was rusted out in the bottom and needs to be thrown away. No rhyme or reason how things were organized in drawers or cabinets. A few of the Light bulbs needed replaced and the door knob on down stairs bath kept falling off. Being on the corner unit put us next to the maintenance shed and we were woken up fairly early each morning by the maintenace staff. On the upside, it was very roomy with the exception of the kitchen and I don't think we could have asked for a better fireworks viewing spot. Neighbors were all great and the condos proximity to everything made it very easy to get around. Overall we had a wonderful Fourth of July week.

Owner's Response: Hi Kim -- Alison and I are glad you had a wonderful time overall. I am sorry that the maid left some cleaning supplies out, missed replacing some light bulbs, that a bath doorknob came loose and some of the pots and pans need replacing. We will attend to those ASAP.
Often guests arrange drawers and cabinets to their own standards, which may not be to everyone's preferences. If you stay with us again, please feel free to arrange them as you wish.
Of course, no place is perfect, but we try to come as close as we can. We want our guests to be as comfortable as possible. (BTW, although it is presently for sale, we would never permit potential buyers to visit the condo when guests are there unless previous arrangements had been made with the guests.) We have professional management and in addition we stay in the unit frequently to attend to any details that need attention.
