Myrtle Beach Villas II is the ONLY condo facility (or beach house - as far as we know) in down town Myrtle Beach catering to larger groups (more than 4 bedrooms). Furthermore, we have spent approximately double our competition furnishing the condo to create a true high-end luxury experience. Here’s what you can enjoy: 2800 sq ft of space. 6 bedrooms each having: King size pillow top bed, TV, DVD. Two bedrooms have queen sleepers. Two additional queen sleepers in the main living area. Living area, Four sofas (two are queen sleepers), 60” plasma HDTV, Playstation 3 (enjoy the new Blu-Ray high definition DVDs), Nintendo Wii, Home Theatre system, Internet access (high speed DSL) via PS3 (Keyboard and mouse provided), Wireless internet access for your laptop. Game Room with: Olhausen pool table, Foosball, 42'' Plasma HDTV, XBox 360. Dining area (huge black granite table capable of seating 16). Fully equipped kitchen area. Laundry Room. 5 En-Suite Bathrooms.

Due to the unit's central location all of Myrtle Beach’s attractions are close at hand. ...and more GOLF: Also, because we own the accommodation we can undercut the hundreds of other sites out there offering packages as they add their overhead to the package, as for the most part, they do not own the accommodation. I just came back from a week golf vacation at MBVII complex with 11 friends (12 totals). Let me say this place is simply fabulous, no surprises upon arrival what you see on the pictures is what you get. Big and spacious lots of room for everybody + all the extras: pool table, video games and a total of 8 plasma TVs, the 60'' plasma in the living room is a real gem. These condos are very well isolated, we never heard noise from the group that was staying next door and vice versa. The exterior pool and 2 Jacuzzis are a nice addition.
It's also well located, less then a 1-minute walk from the beach and less then a 5-minute walk from the main strip with all the shops and restaurants.
We really enjoyed our holidays and would definitely go back to this location. Andy the owner is easy to deal with and very pleasant.

My family and I were a little sceptical about renting a condo from someone we did not know and questioned the accuracy of the description. We took a chance and were NOT disappointed. The kitchen, bedroom, pool table, etc. were all as described.
The condo was clean and very spacious, as we were only eight people.
We spent most days at the beach, and used taxis for our shopping and dining. The condo was centrally located, so our taxi rides were not far. Using a taxi was actually more cost effective than having rented a car.

Upon arrival I was impressed with the condo...it had everything that was included in the description...I was skeptical at first when I saw the brochure..I thought it was an internet scam... I didn't realize that there where condos with that amount of rooms...this was my very first time staying at a condo for a vacation..usually we stay at a hotel..but when I saw it , I was very suprised..it was very convenient for all of our family and everything we wanted to do was close by..the beach was great also...even if we did had a touch of Hurricane Bill in the area it made the waves fun..the only downfall I have is the pool..although it was very nice and the kids loved it...I would have liked to see one that had more room and had a deep end for the more experienced swimmer..maybe if the hugh planter in the middle could be removed.it could make the pool larger...that was the only complaint..I would also like to Commend our contact person Scott...he was very friendly and very prompt when we had any questions regarding our stay at the complex...all in all our vacation was an enjoyable on and I am sure we will be using the condo again... oh yeah...also thanks again to the grounds person I think his name was Maurice for helping us with our van issue...he really saved us on getting back home...again our vacation will be a very nice memory....Here Here to Andy & Scott!!!!

Bring the whole family

Great location and plenty of space. It was like home away from home . Place had everything you could think of including xbox ps3 and wii for the kids . Beach was a stones throw away. Parking was sufficient. Rooms were clean well kept and nicely decorated. Located right in the middle of Myrtle Beach easy access to everything. No negatives. Would highly recommend for large families. PS we saved a ton of money by eating in a couple of nights. Kitchen had everything.
