Myrtle Beach Villas II is the ONLY condo facility (or beach house - as far as we know) in down town Myrtle Beach catering to larger groups (more than 4 bedrooms). Furthermore, we have spent approximately double our competition furnishing the condo to create a true high-end luxury experience. Here’s what you can enjoy: 2800 sq ft of space. 6 bedrooms each having: King size pillow top bed, TV, DVD.

Two bedrooms have queen sleepers.

Two additional queen sleepers in the main living area.

Living area,

Four sofas (two are queen sleepers),

60” plasma HDTV,

Playstation 3 (enjoy the new Blu-Ray high definition DVDs),

We have rate a spreadsheet, video files and course locations. Packages are based around our Luxury six bedroom condo, featured here, or our other hotel rooms in central Myrtle Beach. We offer packages from budget accommodation/budget central courses, to luxury accommodation/top class central courses. You can also watch video footage for all our recommended courses, as well as most of the other 90 courses we offer.

...and more GOLF: Also, because we own the accommodation we can undercut the hundreds of other sites out there offering packages as they add their overhead to the package, as for the most part, they do not own the accommodation. With us that overhead is not there. Note that course prices are pretty consistent as course owners sell rounds to the advertising fraternity for the same price across the board.

The unit is located on Ocean Blvd. in central Myrtle Beach. To get to the beach, leave the complex, cross Ocean Blvd and walk about 50 yards. Due to the unit's central location all of Myrtle Beach’s attractions are close at hand. Especially of interest are Family Kingdom (theme and water park, about 100 yards north), Broadway at the Beach (Restaurants, shopping theaters, nightlife, about 2.2 miles north) and Market Common (Restaurants, shopping theaters, nightlife, about 2.5 miles south).

Loved this place! Beds were beyond comfortable. Everything we needed for cooking was right in the kitchen, and very spacious. The fact that the beach was literally across the street was fantastic! Great place!

Just wanted to say that my group had a wonderful time at this condo. The accommodations were amazing and fit our group very well. We had a lot of fun with the pool area as well as with the close access to the beach. One thing that was amazing for us was the table that actually allowed us to eat together! If we are ever in the Myrtle Beach area again we would definitely look at staying here again.

What can I say? The facility was excellent. The location was excellent. Everything was as it said it would be. Our group had a great time. The condo was superb. Plenty of bed space for everyone.

Thank you and William for everything. You property is absolutely wonderful. William is a very nice and accomodating person. He is great representation for your company. It is our group's custom not to visit the same place twice in a row however, we are SERIOUSLY considering coming back to your property.
