This spacious one level Folly Beach Ocean Front Condo has a sweeping view of the Atlantic Ocean, beach, and Folly fishing pier. The living room and 2 of the bedrooms are oceanfront with huge balconies that span the entire condo. With 4BR/4BA, it has the largest floor plan in the complex. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs, stereo, DVD player, VCR, washer/dryer, master bath with Jacuzzi. Constructed in 1998 under strict hurricane guidelines, Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a concrete-and-steel reinforced four-story building with reserved covered parking, conveniently located elevators, two pools, and an outdoor hot tub. Beach access is available from two separate walk-overs. Shops, restaurants, and churches are all within easy walking distance. Historic Charleston is just 15 minutes away.
