Condominium, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 12)

Come to play at our new waterfront condo completely remodeled with new tile floors, granite & stainless steel appliances! Located very close to the fabulous new neighborhood country club, feet away from the many pools provided in the great April Sound resort. All of the amenities are included in your stay. Swimming pools, tennis, restaurant, snack bar, bar, marina, gym & twilight golf (small guest fee applies). This condo is over 1500 square feet, plenty of room to spread out and play games. One Master Bedroom with Queen bed & TV, full bathroom. Two bedrooms upstairs- one with a Queen sized bed, and one with 2 sets of Double/double bunks. (double bed on bottom, double bed on top) Shared full bathroom in between. This condo has a large living area with tall ceilings. Solid wall of windows with pool & lake view. Very Comfy.

Kitchen is stocked with everything needed plus more.

All linens provided, including Luxurious sheets & towels.

Labor Day Family Vacation

We stayed at this house with 6 adults and 2 toddlers. It was perfect for our stay. The location was great and the house had everything we needed. April Sound is located near lots of restaurants and things to do. While the guys hit the golf course, us girls headed out for some shopping at the nearby outlet mall. We took a boat out from a nearby marina and enjoyed some delicious meals at local restaurants. They kids enjoyed some swim time at the clubhouse pools. This was the perfect way for our family to get together for a relaxing Labor Day weekend. We will surely be back.

Fun weekend for all

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Conroe. This weekend was a celebration for our kids who both had graduations in the past couple of months. We had family members coming in over both days of the weekend and had plenty of room. Even with the 4 unexpected overnight guests we were able to accomodate them all with the bunk bed room. The condo was easy to find for everyone and it's proximinty to the pool and lake was a plus. Our visitors used the pool and we were able to pull the boat close to the condo, although the lake was 2 feet low. We live only 30 minutes away but it still felt like a vacation and everyone remarked how they had a great time. We would visit again.

We've just came back from Memorial Weekend spent at this wonderfull condo. Everyone had a blast - adults, children. I absolutely love how Lauri took care of all the little details, making guests feel relaxed, almost at home. Puzzles and games for kids, categorized DVDs, plenty of extra towels, bed sheets, pillows etc. The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything, you could possibly think of- from applainces to foil and napkins. The viiew from the backyard is breathtaking. It is clean and roomy condo. I would reccomend it to friends.
