Crescent Beach (Siesta Key Beach) is rated one of the top ten beaches in the **World** with its incredible white 'baby powder soft' sand! Lush, exotic greenery and a mild, tropical breeze make this the perfect year-round vacation resort. Siesta Key is paradise. King size bed in the master bedroom, King and a Queen in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Ocean view from Living Room and private balcony. There are great restaurants, a grocery store and shopping across the street. I will send you a recommendation of restaurants. My condominium is the best value for your dollar on the entire beach. **AUGUST 15TH TO DEC 11TH 2009: $253.30 OFF OF EACH WEEK EXCEPT HOLIDAY WEEKS** Rates shown now reflect the $253.30 reduction. **JANUARY 2010: $381.30 OFF PER WEEK WHEN YOU RENT THE ENTIRE MONTH.** I just bought a brand new big screen Plasma HDTV. This condo is in a perfect location and in excellent condition. There are restaurants, shopping and a grocery store across the street. Everything is very convenient. We ate a lot at Captain Curts and Anna's deli which is across the street. My husband had lunch at Anna's just about everyday. Their sandwiches are delicious. We really enjoyed ourselves staying in this unit. The owner is great. We have already booked our vacation for next year. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

We went with another couple and had a lot of fun. I have been going to Siesta Key for about 20 years and I'm so glad I found this unit. I will always rent this unit in the future. It's in great condition and the price is very reasonable. The owner really goes out of his way to make sure you have a great experience. He would get back to my emails and phone calls right away. Can't wait to go back.

Thanks Dan for a wonderful vacation. My family had a blast. Dan is extremely friendly and helpful. The condo was gorgeous and in a perfect location. The unit is updated and very clean. We can't wait to go back. I highly recommend this condo.
